If I had to do things over again, I would have never built this fiberglass rack. Although it does do a nice job of storing my fiberglass rolls and peel ply, I don't like the way this worked out as far as cutting 'glass. I end up pulling the roll out of the box, rolling it out on my jig table and cutting there. That works pretty well, especially if you put a piece of plastic on the jig table so the 'glass stays clean and you have zero chances of snagging it and disturbing the fabric weave.
I had intended to cut on the open door of the rack, but that doesn't work very well. First, it's not big enough, second, because it's awkward to unroll the fabric. This idea was abandoned in my new workshop. I simply store the rolls of glass in my hotbox and cut on the jig table.
