Took apart the fuselage so I could turn it over; nosewheel doors, strut cover, wheels & axles & brakes removed

Cut nylaflow to length and started fitting the rudder cables. Disassembled the rudder pedals and switched sides.

Cut CS-125 to length and test fitted it onto the flight controls aft of the firewall

Hand reamed steel tubes CS126 & 126L, CS125 & CS129, made one CS 129

Reamed the ends of several steel control rods, using an adjustable hand reamer, to slip fit the CS-50 inserts

Sanded the inside of the fuselage then floxed in the second electrical channel

Trimmed one electrical channel to length, sanded the inside of the fuselage & the flanges of the channel then floxed it into the fuselage

Cut, sanded and filed the electrical channel cutouts on the firewall, landing gear bulkheads and seatback until the channels fit properly

trimmed glass, from previous layups, around hole in seatback, landing gear bulkheads and firewall for electrical channel

trimmed the electrical channel blanks removed pitch & roll control tubes from the fuselage started opening the electrical channel holes in front of the landing gear bulkheads

Did another 2 ply BID layup on the mold then vacuum bagged it

Removed the part from the mold, tape from the mold and re-taped for a second piece of electrical channel

Added a 2 ply BID layup over the electrical channel mold then vacuum bagged it

Finished making the foam mold & covered it with box sealing tape

Started making the foam mold for the electrical channels

Removed peel ply, then trimmed & sanded the previous layups. Re-mounted the flight controls to test fit - they work great!

Did the 2 ply BID layups on both sides of both CS109 and CS118 pieces

Removed the controls from the fuselage and re-sanded the CS109 and CS118 surrounding fuselage walls

Made flox corners on 2 CS109 and 2 CS118 pieces, peel plied same

Test fit the roll control tubes into the fuselage, opened holes in the seatback and landing gear bulkheads as required then sanded the fuselage sides to install CS109 and CS118 both sides

Made a new CS-102 to replace the one I messed up & drilled its ends for rivets and the quick disconnect. Drilled & reamed for taper pins holes for the front 4 pieces of the pitch & roll assembly on the RH side.

Finished drilling and reaming for 4 taper pins in the left side pitch and roll controls; left the CS-121 and CS-122 joint undrilled/bolted per plans

Started drilling and reaming for more taper pins

Drilled some test holes and practiced reaming for taper pins; did 2 total, one too big and one perfect

Measured for the bearing blocks, test installed them, drilled holes in the seatback, landing gear bulkheads and firewall and test fitted the pitch and roll assemblies

Cleaned up

Made one CS-102 and CS-136 pair with the quick disconnect - but have to make the CS-102 over 'cause I riveted an insert to both ends…

Drilled holes then installed the pitch trim bracket on the left side

Made a second CS-102 & CS-136 combo piece

Laid out all the major parts, loose-fit assembled, to familiarize myself with the layout. Drilled one CS-107 and installed the right roll trim bracket.

Finished making flight control tubes per Schedule B

Made about 3/4 of the tubing parts required per Schedule B

Started making the CS-109s and CS-118s
